In retention and development we have looked at the Skills shortages across the site, and set up the East Midlands Airport Skills Academy, with partnerships with the EMDA, Learning and Skills Council, East Midlands Business, Assessment Skills UK , Derby College, Loughborough College, Protocol Skills, Stephensons College, North Notts College, and Union Learn to provide a network of skills training for everyone on site.
